Boston diesel oil purifiers can be applied to large diesel generating units or other equipments powered by diesel fuel engine of medium power below 1200HP.
Boston diesel oil purifier series are jointly developed by United States pre-filter Boston Co., Ltd and our tianhou group, which is mainly applied to various fishing boats or other equipment powered by diesel fuel engine of low and medium power below 1000HP. This new invention is used for filtering more than 90% harmful impurities for diesel engine; guarantee providing cleaner diesel fuel for your diesel engine, attain the aims of protecting diesel engine and saving oil. This product is different from the existed diesel filter in our market, which can not be installed directly on the diesel engine body. Boston diesel oil purifiers should be installed on the oil supply tube between the oil tank and diesel filter. In China, the product has been applied to multiple companies running oil field large equipment, truck, fishery harbors diesel engine, ect, and gained surprising achievements and praise from clients. As is shown on the above image, we can see the product is made of aluminum alloy, small-size design, compact structure, light weight and easy installation. The unique design enables the "Janenope" diesel fuel pre-filter to have enough capacity to contain the contaminant in addition to the sufficiently prolonged time period for filter core replacement, with several times of purification effect higher than common diesel fuel pre-filters. 1. The filtration efficiency, filtration precision and contaminant-containing capacity are simultaneously improved by the use of double-level filtration filter core
The installation of Boston diesel purifier is very simple,just connect the oil pipeline to the input and output oil tube. 2. Replace filter core: In normal situation, users should replace filter core immediately when the minus pressure alarm apparatus start to alarm or the accumulative operation time has reached 3,000 hours. Two vats in parallel pre-filter couldn't stop when replacing filter core. 3. The approach to replace filter core： a).Turn off the valves of oil inlet and outlet,turn on the blowdown valve for completely discharge of the sump oil. b).Unscrew the bolt of top cover and remove the top cover. c).Unscrew the fitting nut at the upper end of the filter core,take off the old filter core vertically and upwards. d).Place a new filter core,put a seal ring on the upper,then fasten the nut. e).Turn off the blowdown valve,put the top cover(do put the seal ring at place),tighten the fitting nut. f).Turn on the inlet valve before turning on the exhaust valve,turn off the exhaust valve immediately once comes out of it,and then turn on the outlet valve.
Unclean diesel fuel can cause abnormal abrasion to the injection system and the cylinders of the engine, which results in a decreased engine power, an increased fuel consumption and a rapid decline of engine life-span. The diesel fuel pre-filter can considerably improve the filtration precision and the eff-iciency of an engine adopting felt fabric filters, thus reaching several times of life-span of the imported high quality diesel fuel filter and a notable fuel saving.
