On 4th May 2012, He Guangyuan, former Minister of the Ministry of Machinery Industry and Secretary of the Party Group, together with Wei Anli, Deputy Secretary General of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association (CICEA), and other seven persons visited Xi'an Tianhou for investigation and research.
