With the release of the Notice on Launching the 2025 “Scientific and Technological Achievement Evaluation” by the China Environmental Protection Federation and the commencement of related assessments, we are both honoured and acutely aware of our responsibilities. This initiative not only re-examines Tianhou Filter’s technological innovation capabilities but also marks a new starting point for advancing diesel vehicle pollution control technologies.

PMOP Technology: Enabling Diesel Vehicles to “Breathe Anew”

Our self-developed PMOP Technology and Its Application in Diesel Vehicle (Engine) Pollution Control passed the scientific and technological achievement evaluation conducted by the China Environmental Protection Federation, signifying a breakthrough in diesel vehicle emission management.

This fully proprietary technology utilises polymer nano-material diesel purifiers to achieve a 98.5% filtration efficiency for particles above 5 microns and 100% oil-water separation efficiency. It resolves the global challenge of balancing “pollutant capacity, filtration precision, and flow resistance.”

Evidenced Technical Performance

  1. Significant Emission Reductions: Third-party tests confirm post-treatment reductions of 78% in exhaust smoke density, 66.8% in PM2.5 concentration, and 41.9% in volatile organic compounds (VOCs), delivering notable environmental and socio-economic benefits.

  2. Enhanced Comprehensive Efficiency: Fuel consumption decreases by 5–20%, vehicle failure rates drop substantially, and engine performance improves markedly, achieving dual value in “emission reduction and efficiency gains.”

  3. Authoritative Certifications: The technology has been validated by the China Machinery Industry Federation (recognised as “internationally advanced”), the Institute of Earth Environment at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and other rigorous evaluations.

2025 Evaluation: Continuing the Green Legacy

The 2025 scientific and technological achievement evaluation by the China Environmental Protection Federation focuses on ecological innovation and the “Beautiful China” vision, aligning perfectly with Tianhou Filter’s technological roadmap. As a Vice-Chairman unit, we will actively contribute in the following areas:

  1. Deepen Technological Iteration: Accelerate integration of PMOP technology with new energy fields and explore hybrid-engine synergistic solutions.

  2. Expand Application Scenarios: Extend solutions from road vehicles to non-road mobile machinery (e.g., construction and agricultural equipment), supporting national strategies such as the 15th Five-Year National Marine Ecological Protection Plan.

  3. Promote Standardisation: Participate in formulating VOC control standards under the Federation, driving industry progress through high benchmarks.

Our Commitment

Tianhou’s vision is to “enable every diesel vehicle to breathe cleanly.” Through “technology + service” dual-driven strategies, we have already upgraded nearly 20,000 diesel vehicles, contributing the “Xi’an Solution” to air quality improvement. In 2025, we will seize the evaluation initiative to collaborate with the Federation and industry peers, writing a new chapter in diesel pollution control.
