Product Introduction

The Annual Report on Environmental Management of Mobile Sources in China (2023) shows that: ‘Vehicles are the main contributor to total pollutant emissions, emitting more than 90 per cent of CO, HC, NOx and PM. NOx emissions from diesel vehicles exceed 80% of total vehicle emissions, and PM exceeds 90%’. China's in-use diesel vehicles China Ⅳ and Ⅴ accounted for more than 80 per cent of the proportion of diesel vehicles, and their NOx and PM emissions accounted for 73.3 per cent and 55.6 per cent, respectively, of the total amount of automobile emissions; in-use non-road mobile machinery, diesel vehicles have not yet reached the b class emission limits set out in GB36886-2018, GB3847-2018.

Technical Principles

Based on the basic idea of managing from the source and from the process of pollution formation, Tianhou's scientific research team boldly put forward the 

spectrum throwing (PMOP) technology programme. The core of the programme is: ‘active maintenance + oil purification’.

PMOP technology uses nearly 100 patented technologies independently developed by Tianhou. Through nanotechnology, polymer materials, process 

reengineering and multi-stage integrated structure innovation, it solves the long-standing contradiction between ‘dirt-holding capacity, filtration precision 

and circulation resistance’ in the process of oil purification, and effectively cuts down the impurities, stickiness, asphaltene and sulphide in diesel fuel; by 

optimising and adjusting the coupling factor, it fundamentally improves the lubrication state of the coupling parts of the oil supply system, and improves the 

atomization quality of the fuel injection. By optimising and adjusting the coupling factor, the lubrication status of the oil supply system coupling parts is 

fundamentally improved, the atomisation quality of fuel injection is improved, and the root factors that cause excessive emissions from diesel vehicles are 

suppressed, so that smoky diesel vehicles do not emit black smoke.
