THY-22B Lubricant Oil Quality Analyzer

The THY-22B model is an intelligent miniaturized oil quality detector. The product adopts a low-voltage, low-power signal conditioning and data processing system and can be used normally under dry battery power supply. Equipped with a large screen display, it realizes operation prompts and functions in Chinese characters, allowing for intuitive reading of detection data. Intelligent automatic zero adjustment makes the instrument more repeatable and improves the testing efficiency. It automatically shuts down when unattended. The portable design is more suitable for production sites and fieldwork.

Common Problems and Solutions

1.When using petroleum ether with a boiling range of 60 to 90 degrees Celsius to clean the oil cavity, wait until the petroleum ether has completely evaporated before adding the oil solution.

2. The sample oil used for zeroing should be of the same model and batch as the oil to be tested.

3. When the contrast on the LCD display is too deep or too pale, press the up/down key to adjust.

4. The extraction of contaminated oil should be uniform and it is best to use a sampler for extraction.

5. If the measured contamination value is less than the minimum value of the oil change index, the tested oil can still be used. If the oil change index is between the minimum and maximum values, the tested oil can be scrapped or continue to be used. If the result is greater than the maximum value of the oil change index, the tested oil shall be scrapped.

Operating environment

1.The operating temperature range of the instrument is -15℃ to +55℃. When the ambient temperature is low, the LCD screen may freeze. When the ambient temperature is relatively high, the data may be severely distorted.

2. Do not use this instrument in a strong electrostatic field environment to avoid interfering with the operation of the detection components.
