THY-22A Lubricant Oil Quality Analyzer

THY-22A is an intelligent, portable and miniaturized oil quality detector. This device adopts a low-voltage and low-power consumption signal conditioning and data processing system to ensure that it can still operate normally when powered by dry batteries. Equipped with a large-screen display, it realizes the Chinese character display of operation prompts and various functions, making the reading of various data more intuitive. Operating environment

1.The operating temperature range of the instrument is -15℃ to +55℃. When the ambient temperature is low, the LCD screen may freeze. When the ambient temperature is high, the data may be severely distorted.

2. Do not use this instrument in a strong electrostatic field environment to avoid interfering with the operation of the detection components.

Precautions

1.When cleaning the oil chamber with petroleum ether with a boiling range of 60-90 degrees, it is necessary to wait until the petroleum ether has completely evaporated before dripping it into the oil.

2. The sample oil used for zeroing should be of the same type and batch as the oil to be tested.

3. The extraction of contaminated oil should be uniform, and it is best to use a sampler for extraction.

4. If the measured contamination value is less than the minimum value of the oil change index, the tested oil can continue to be used. If the oil change index is between the minimum and maximum values, the tested oil can be scrapped or continue to be used. If the result exceeds the maximum value of the oil change index, the tested oil will be scrapped.
