Diesel fuel purifier installation method

1, through the bar-shaped mounting holes on the purifier assembly, install the product between the fuel tank and the engine, fixed firmly.

2、According to the inlet and outlet ports reserved on the product, connect the inlet piping (note that the inlet and outlet directions should not be reversed), and leave the outlet unconnected.

3、Press the manual exhaust device, when there is diesel oil overflow from the oil outlet, complete the exhaust operation.

4、Connect the oil outlet pipeline, tighten the purifier and oil supply pipeline bolts connection points, after confirmation can be used normally.

Drainage, drainage and filter element replacement:

1、When the diesel oil purifier is used continuously, it should be drained and discharged once every 7 days or so.

2、Replacement of filter cartridge:

      Under normal use, the filter element needs to be replaced when the cumulative use exceeds 500 hours, or when the vehicle engine oil supply is not smooth.

      a. Unscrew the exhaust screw at the top of the purifier end cap.

      b. Unscrew the drain handle on the lower part of the barrel to drain the oil in the barrel.

      c. Remove the barrel of the purifier and install the spare filter element into the connection port of the end cover.

      d, inject diesel fuel into the inside of the barrel body (to install the barrel body when the diesel fuel does not overflow), install the barrel body back to its original position. When the sealing surface of the end cap is in contact with the sealing ring, tighten it 1/4 to 1/2 turn again.

      e. Loosen the exhaust bolt of the purifier, block the outlet pipe, press the manual exhaust device, when there is diesel oil overflow from the exhaust hole, tighten the exhaust bolt, smooth the outlet pipe, and confirm that it can be used normally.
