JANENOPE Diesel Filter Element

Tianhou Company's independent research and development of diesel purifier special filter element, through innovative materials and structural design to achieve efficient oil purification. The product is made of polymer modified material resistant to industrial oil, combined with self-developed melt-blow forming equipment, to prepare the composite filter material with gradient distribution of pores from outside to inside. This gradient structure can absorb impurities of different particle sizes layer by layer, while ensuring the filtration accuracy, it can greatly improve the pollution absorption capacity, and the replacement cycle of the filter element is doubled.

Based on the multi-stage integrated patented filtration technology, the product achieves precise purification through a hierarchical filtration architecture: the outer filter material preferently captures large particles of pollutants, and the inner layer fine filters out micron-scale viscoses, asphaltenes and some sulfides. The multistage cooperative design can reduce the flow resistance while taking into account the filtration efficiency and system stability.

The structure of the filter element is optimized through the compound processing technology, the effective filtration area is increased, the initial flow resistance is further reduced and the pollution absorption capacity is enhanced.
