Product Description

THY-310B diesel oil purifier series are developed by our Tianhou group, which is mainly applied to large diesel generating units or other equipment powered by diesel fuel engine of medium power below 4000HP. This new invention is used for filtering harmful impurities for diesel engine; thereby achieve the aim of saving oil and protecting diesel engine.

Replacement method of filter element

①Switch inlet and outlet three-way ball valves, close the inlet and outlet of the purifier on the side where the filter element needs to be replaced, open the drain valve, drain the oil, unscrew the fixing screws of the upper end cover, and open the upper end cover;

② Loosen the fastening nut at the upper end of the filter element, and gently remove the old filter element vertically upwards;

③Replace the filter element with a new one, put the sealing ring in place and screw the nut;

Close the drain valve, cover the upper cover (pay attention to the sealing ring), and tighten the upper cover fastening bolt;

⑤Switch the inlet three-way ball valve, open the inlet ball valve and exhaust screw (when the system adopts oil suction type work, the exhaust screw can not be opened at this time, otherwise it can not form negative pressure working conditions). Tighten the exhaust screw immediately when the exhaust screw is discharging oil, switch the outlet ball valve, and open the oil outlet for normal use.

⑥The filter element of the other side of the purifier can be replaced in the same way.
