On-line Purification For Natural Gas Compressors

Natural gas compressor unit lubricant usage, operation process is prone to lubrication system and lubrication device for the use 

of improper maintenance of the crankcase cascade, piston rings, pump bearings, crosshead wear and other various failures. Due 

to the operating environment and structural characteristics, the wear particles, external pollutants and water generated during the 

operation of the system can not be discharged in a timely manner, deposited in the oil bottom parts, resulting in serious oil 

contamination, but also greatly shorten the service life of the lubricant.

According to statistics, natural gas compressor unit due to poor lubrication and improper lubrication caused by the number of 

failures accounted for 30% -50% of the total number of failures.
